Fred Vergnoux, BSCTA Coach of the Year 2006 and 2007, heads up the City of Edinburgh Swimming (CES) programme. The focus is on the performance end of the sport and, since its inception in 1996, the programme has produced a series of GB and Scottish representatives at Olympic, World, Commonwealth and European competitions.
