AIS International - 09-10-11 November 2007 - Canberra, AUS.

Kirsty Balfour, Gregor Tait and Kris Gilchrist are racing the AIS meet in Canberra. After the World Cup in Sydney last week, the trio is going into their first long course competition of this Olympic season.

A great test on the back end of their first week of training at the AIS with the British Team and the AIS swimmers under the coaching guidance of Shannon Rollanson, Vince Raleigh, John Fowlie from the AIS, and Dave McNulty, Marc Spackman, Ben Titley, Fred Vergnoux from the British Team.

Kirsty got the Bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke and the Gold medal in the 200m breaststroke, Kris the Bronze medal in the 200m breaststroke, and Gregor the Silver medal in the 200m back.

In the meantime, Alena Popchanka is training with the French Team at Bond University (Gold Coast, AUS) and enjoy her 15k daily regime ! Alena will join the rest of the team at TSS on the 17th for the CES training camp on the Gold Coast.
