Tri Nations - Montreal, Canada - DAY 1
Michael Jamieson went on a mission for his first GB senior team. Not only he won the gold in the 200m breaststroke in a personal best time, but he also took the bronze in the 400m IM with also a personal best.
Iain MacMillan, CES butterlfy specialist, took the bronze medal after posting a new personal best time in the 200m fly. Iain also swam his first GB swimming cap in Canada.
Visiting CES for a 2 month training camp, international swimmer Jessica Dickons won the gold in the 100 butterfly.
The succesful trio, along with Robyn Matthews, will race again on day 2 of the Tri Nations meet. Results to follow.
